Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of customer service solutions. Your role involves delivering high-quality customer service processes that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has in-depth functional expertise in customer service processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims. They provide expert technical guidance on these processes and collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective customer service solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end customer service implementations, upgrades, and support activities, providing expert guidance on customer service processes, configuring and customizing the customer service module to optimize workflows, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues escalated from support teams, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of customer service processes

• Expertise in SAP CS processes, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns, and claims

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to mentor junior consultants and support teams
