Technical Lead Position Overview

We seek an accomplished Technical Lead to spearhead the development, enhancement, and deployment of cutting-edge fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for harnessing technology to drive meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and develop innovative fintech products and platforms from start to finish.
  • Drive strategic decision-making to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential applications for future roadmap initiatives.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems to drive seamless interactions.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices to support scalability and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design principles.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
