About the Role

Ascent is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our B2B IT consulting team for an internship focused on consultative IT assignments. This role is designed to be highly educative and experiential.

You will engage with businesses to understand their operational challenges and help craft technology-led solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

This is not a conventional tech role - it's about problem-solving, relationship-building and long-term value creation. Consulting cycles can vary from a few weeks to over two years, offering deep insights into enterprise decision-making and solutioning.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a consultant - curious, analytical and solution-oriented.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills - proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Confident with presentations and documentation, and able to use Canva or similar tools to design impactful decks
  • Enjoy understanding how businesses work and are eager to learn about enterprise technology and systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment
