Job Opportunity: Reservations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Reservations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating with clients regarding their travel needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process client reservations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Assist in resolving any booking-related issues, such as cancellations or changes, in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including client information and reservation details.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and software is necessary for managing client reservations efficiently.
