Reservation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new reservations, cancellations, and modifications in property management systems.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, online travel agencies, and booking platforms.
  • Process special requests received through online channels.
  • Verify upcoming reservations for payment status and special requirements.
  • Notify the front desk and accounts team of changes.
  • Share guest lists with the front office and maintain accurate records.
