Job Title: Fitness Professional

About this Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for fitness and health.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized workout programs for clients.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct posture during sessions.
  • Monitor and assess clients' progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
  • Educate members on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness practices.
  • Enforce all gym rules and safety regulations.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings as required.
  • Motivate clients to achieve their personal health and fitness objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognized qualification in personal training or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a personal trainer.
  • Be certified in CPR/AED and first aid.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
