Leadership Role for Tech Operations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our technology and data science operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, data scientists, and technical staff to develop innovative health analytics solutions.
  • Drive the development of AI-based analytics products with a focus on clinical relevance.
  • Design and implement full-stack software solutions for health risk and clinical summarization analytics.
  • Develop internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets efficiently.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by implementing project management tools and best practices.
  • Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking across the organization.
  • Transform ideas into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics solutions.
  • Built and grow a high-performing team of skilled and dedicated professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
  • At least 10+ years of software engineering experience, including maintaining/operating at least one software product.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
  • Excellent leadership skills and strong communication abilities in English.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior leaders.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
