We are currently seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with experience in Python and popular ML frameworks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Conduct thorough analysis and preprocessing of diverse datasets relevant to the mortgage industry, ensuring data quality and relevance for model training.
  • Model Development and Fine-Tuning: Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP models, focusing on pre-training as well as fine-tuning pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for mortgage-specific applications.
  • Algorithm Implementation: Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with domain experts to incorporate industry knowledge into model development, ensuring outputs are relevant and actionable.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Technical Expertise: A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
  • NLP Knowledge: Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries for developing language models.
  • Data Handling: Proficiency in handling large datasets, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
