  • Managing and drafting various types of agreements, ensuring that business risk is mitigated through organized contract management
  • Providing expert advice on all types of disputes initiated by or against the organization
  • Liaising with external counsel for various disputes
  • Managing intellectual property matters, as well as our portfolio
  • Conducting research and providing opinions on questions of law and practical issues faced by the organization
