We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Manager to join our team in India.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a key role in supporting the growth strategy, managing day-to-day sales activities, and coordinating with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Supervise and guide a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect market feedback, analyze trends, and share insights with senior managers to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or personal care industries.
  • Understanding of the Indian retail and distribution landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support team goals, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
