A key responsibility of this role will be to oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to achieve peak performance.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-first service.
    • Set and track performance goals for the team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every customer receives personalized, premium service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
    • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy, building strong relationships with clients.
    • Drive long-term relationships with customers through tailored interactions and follow-up communication.
  • Sales & Growth
    • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations to boost sales and visibility.
  • Operations & Inventory
    • Manage daily store operations to ensure seamless execution, quality, and efficiency.
    • Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and replenishments to maintain optimal product availability.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operational performance.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity
    • Maintain premium retail standards in displays and presentation, showcasing products in an attractive and appealing manner.
    • Ensure the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail, upholding the brand's image and values.
