
Senior Ad Revenue Optimization Specialist

As a senior Ad Monetization professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and scaling BeBetta's ad revenue engine. Your key objectives include optimizing eCPMs, managing ad mediation platforms, improving fill rates, and maximizing ARPDAU across our high-engagement user base.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize ad mediation layers (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads).
- Develop and iterate ad placement strategies to balance user engagement and revenue growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze eCPMs, fill rates, impressions, ARPDAU, and LTV across geographies and segments.
- Routine A/B testing to evaluate performance of new ad placements, formats (rewarded, interstitial, native), and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Design) to ensure seamless and non-intrusive ad integrations.
- Design and own dashboards for ad performance reporting and campaign insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging networks, and tools in ad-tech.
- Maintain relationships with ad network partners for account optimization and demand growth.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and provide inputs for overall monetization strategy.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile ad monetization, preferably in casual games or reward apps.
- Deep understanding of ad mediation, programmatic bidding, eCPMs, and fill rates.
- Familiarity with popular ad mediation platforms and tools (AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Looker, Firebase, GA, Amplitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven decision-making but user-first approach to align revenue goals with product experience.
