Industrial Automation Executive

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our mobile robotics operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial automation, strategic operations, and service leadership.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for mobile robotics systems, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Operations & Service Leadership:
    • Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobile robotics onboarding and field operations.
    • Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including technical expertise, customer success, and relationship management.
    • Operational Excellence:
      • Provide expert technical guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
      • Customer Success & Relationship Management:
        • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value MR clients post-deployment, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
        • Data-Driven Leadership:
          • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Experience:
      • A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
        • In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
