Job Role Overview

As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the site's EHS continual improvement line responsibilities are met. This includes participating and adhering to emergency mock drills, training, permit to work procedures, and other site EHS requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to safety culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in emergency mock drills and training sessions
  • Ensure adherence to permit to work procedures and shop-floor activities
  • Follow site safety requirements and exhibit positive behavior in safety culture transformation
  • Identify unsafe conditions/acts and report to Manager/EHS team
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and follow previous shift information/Manager's instructions
  • Review/update shop-floor documents contemporaneously (BMRs, BPRs, ECRs, Logbooks, Protocols, Reports, Checklists, etc.)
  • Update shift logbook as per process status/priorities/instructions and hand it over to reliever during shift change
  • Impart trainings on SOPs/revised documents qualification protocols/reports to shop-floor personnel
  • Strictly follow SOPs on shop-floor
  • Ensure all raw materials as per RM indent and keep ready for batches
  • Raise work order for maintenance works/co-ordinate with EM team for completing tasks in time
  • Co-ordinate with engineering department for performing scheduled equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) and instrument calibrations
  • Ensure batch execution in line with production schedule
  • Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping in respective areas
  • Manpower planning to be done based on production priorities in shifts
  • Participate in trainings as per schedule
  • In absence of Superior, responsible for his work
