Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate.

This role involves working under the supervision of a Team Leader and performing administrative tasks, with a focus on providing superior service to funds, members, and key stakeholders.

  • Strategic Focus:
  • Provide exceptional service to meet service and quality standards.
  • Complete daily processing within required service standards.
  • Operational Management:
  • Deliver superior service to funds, employers, and members by meeting service and quality standards.
  • Process and complete all operations administration.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize risk to the business.
  • Quality review work to minimize rework and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure the quality and productivity standards are met.
  • Complete all transactions across funds as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
  • Complete adjustments and investigations as appropriate and as instructed.

Governance & Risk:

  • Comply with company policies, core values, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.
  • Develop and maintain business process manuals and create training materials.

Experience & Personal Attributes:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • A good understanding of relevant superannuation legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Previous administration skills, data entry, or high-volume type roles, ideally in a financial service industry.
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
  • Sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding relevant policies and legislation.

They will also possess:

  • Good investigation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize and time-manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
