Desktop Support Specialist

Our high-demand emergency helpline environment requires a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to manage desktop administration and network support. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues with precision and speed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and troubleshooting background, along with excellent communication skills. They will be able to conduct remote desktop support and application customization to ensure seamless user experience. Additionally, they will maintain system performance by monitoring and applying timely updates, ensuring optimal efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct remote desktop support and application customization.
  • Maintain system performance by monitoring and applying timely updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with voice-logging systems and remote support tools.
  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to administer servers and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Experience in managing inventory of hardware/software assets.
  • Skilled in recording technical resolutions and providing performance reports.
