Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.
- Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Assist audits and support the company's compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversight of day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintenance of filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring documents are accessible and organized.
- Servicing as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication.
- Management of conference meetings etc.
- Support of employee queries, maintenance of records of leave and attendance, and support HR functions as required.
- Provision of administrative support to the senior management team and assistance in other duties as assigned.
Freshers are welcome, but preference is given to those with an MBA Finance degree. Good communication in English is also preferred.
