
Business Growth Specialist

A key player in driving sales growth through effective execution and customer service is sought after for our Food Service outlets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining commercial and stock standards, as well as fostering strong relationships with distributors, sales representatives, clients, chefs, promoters, and line managers.
Main Responsibilities:- Managing distributor networks and overseeing primary and secondary sales volumes
- Client management, including tracking secondary sales and reporting in a company-approved format
- Generating and qualifying leads through prospecting, networking, and industry events
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, providing exceptional customer service, and monitoring sales performance
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, relevant experience in HORECA, geographical knowledge of Bangalore, and a strong drive to achieve.
