Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact legal work across the board.

You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and vetting commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, data sharing, MSAs, NDAs, etc.

Additionally, you will support ensuring compliance with data protection laws, contributing to internal compliance, IP protection, and risk management frameworks.

You will liaise with external counsels, partners, and regulators when needed, stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, and proactively inform internal stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation
  • Understanding of software licensing, technology transfers, and data privacy
  • Clear, confident communication – able to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple legal matters autonomously

Requirements include:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel (TMT, Fintech, or General Corporate)
  • LL.B. required (LL.M. or certifications in data privacy/fintech are a plus)
