Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value Current and Savings Account customers. The role focuses on deepening customer relationships, addressing financial needs, providing tailored banking solutions, and driving business growth through effective cross-selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and enhance relationships with high-value customers
- Understand client profiles and offer personalized banking solutions based on their financial needs
Business Development & Cross-Selling:
- Generate incremental business through cross-selling of banking products including loans, insurance, investment products, and digital services
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the client portfolio
Customer Engagement & Service:
- Ensure consistent engagement with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
- Provide prompt resolution to client queries and ensure a superior customer experience
Sales Process & Risk Adherence:
- Follow established sales processes and compliance policies diligently
- Adhere to risk management protocols while dealing with customer requirements
