Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Cross-Selling:

  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the client portfolio

Customer Engagement & Service:

  • Provide prompt resolution to client queries and ensure a superior customer experience

Sales Process & Risk Adherence:

  • Follow established sales processes and compliance policies diligently
  • Adhere to risk management protocols while dealing with customer requirements
