Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential threats.
- Manage key client relationships, delivering value-driven solutions and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that meet both parties needs.
- Develop proposals, reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Promote the company at industry events, conferences and networking functions.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
