About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a search strategy to attract world-class candidates
  • Collaborate with executive recruiters and build intellectual capital
  • Act as a career advisor to candidates and educate hiring managers on talent demographics
  • Prepare talent reports and lead client update meetings
  • Provide strategic guidance on top technical talent
  • Deliver high-impact research and talent mappings in key areas
  • Contribute to industry knowledge by monitoring trends and providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles
  • Build and nurture talent pools through events, campaigns and meaningful touchpoints

Qualification Criteria:

  • 14+ years of recruiting experience with focus on passive candidate generation
  • Supporting client meetings with market-relevant content
  • Develop a target list of companies and prospects and utilize data to impact business decisions
  • Engage individuals in targeted companies, conduct market mapping, utilize recruiter networks and perform complex Boolean searches
