Job Title: Storage Administrator

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Storage Administrator. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Netapp storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Storage System Design and Implementation:
    • Procurement, installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning.
  • Adding Disk Shelves to Existing Storage Systems:
    • Standalone and High Availability Controllers.
  • DR Replication Management:
    • Snapmirror configuration and management.
  • vFiler and Fiber Interconnect Switch Configuration and Management:
    • Storage reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Operational Support for File Serving/NAS Infrastructure:
    • Planning and implementing data migrations (Robocopy).
  • Incident Management:
    • Day-to-day storage tasks, changes, and incidents.
  • Storage Reporting and Monitoring:
    • Checking storage critical events.

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise process mapping tools and techniques, as well as industry good practice frameworks such as ITIL and Agile. Experience with data center infrastructure and operations is highly desirable.
