Job Summary

This senior IT staff role is focused on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of data storage environments. As a system administrator/engineer, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the organization's storage requirements.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and highly available data storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy storage solutions.
  • Provide Level 2/3 technical expertise and support for storage-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze storage system performance to optimize efficiency and availability.
  • Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems, design, configuration, and support processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within storage systems.
  • Develop and evaluate storage products to meet organizational needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years of NetApp storage management experience and at least 2 years of PURE storage platform experience.
  • Strong understanding of storage platforms, security practices, and administration tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and under pressure in a 24/7/365 environment.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux and VMware administration.
