Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAN Storage Administration (DELL EMC profiles only).
  • Expertise in EMC and Pure Storage SAN infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in managing VMAX, PowerStore, Unity, and PowerMax storage arrays.
  • Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, testing, and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise storage systems (EMC & Pure Storage).
  • Monitor storage performance, capacity, and health to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage storage provisioning, zoning, and replication across SAN environments.
  • Implement and support disaster recovery and backup solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with server, virtualization, and backup teams to provide end-to-end support.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance on storage infrastructure.
  • Document storage configurations, policies, and operational procedures.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to cloud-integrated storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of VMware integration with SAN storage.
  • Experience with automation/scripting for storage management.
