**Assembly Line Specialist:**

  • The primary objective of this role is to operate machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products, ensuring adherence to cycle times and engineering standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and operator care tasks.
  • Assist in identifying and repairing equipment needing maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Stay flexible and perform additional duties as required to meet production goals and support business objectives.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires working in rotational shifts at the supplier location in Bangalore.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and production focus while adhering to manufacturing processes and business controls.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certificate of completion of secondary education).
  • Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Must gain hands-on experience in HT and LV winding manufacturing processes.
