Job Title:

Electronics Design Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Electronics Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis in printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and fabrication analysis in printed circuit boards (PCBs).

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent knowledge of IPC standards, proficiency in PCBA processes, and experience with DFx tools and software such as Vayopro, Valor NPI, and Solidworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, including PCB design, component packaging, and 3D product designs. You should also be familiar with simulation of product assembly processes and have excellent analytical skills.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams to define DFx requirements and rules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct DFM analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCBs.
  • - Analyze testability and generate DFT reports.
  • - Simulate mechanical assembly processes and create DFA reports.
  • - Develop DFx procedures and checklists as per customer requirements.
  • - Generate DFx reports according to findings, observations, and industry standards.
  • Requirements:
  • - Minimum 4-7 years' experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT, and DFA analysis.
  • - Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.

  • - MS Office and MS Outlook proficiency.
