Production Planning and Execution Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing work orders for sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring seamless production planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular warehouse audits and implementing efficient kitting processes.
  • Implement engineering change orders for all sub-assemblies to stay up-to-date with the latest designs and specifications.
  • Analyze material obsolescence aging data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain a healthy First Article Test Piece (FATP) Work-In-Process (WIP) level to optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure customer commitments are met without delays, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve planned rates and optimize production planning and control processes.
  • Conduct daily meetings with the CFT team to identify losses and address issues promptly.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and execution, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
