We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Total Reward Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and leading our total reward priorities, delivering solutions that support both colleagues and strategic business aspirations.

Operating at a developed level of conceptual thinking, you will guide the business through change and risk management, ensuring total reward practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and underpin increased business performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to provide total reward advice, guidance, and insight across the business unit(s).
  • Developing customer-centric, data-led total reward solutions that deliver differentiated outcomes for specific business units and geographies.
  • Driving increased leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.
  • Simplifying total reward delivery and driving performance within and across business units through total reward insights.

You will implement and embed total reward programmes across the business, enhancing total reward value as part of the EVP. You will bring external perspectives and ingrain best practice across the business to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong analytical ability to analyse data, identify root causes of issues, develop effective solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly proficient in change management techniques to facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
  • Strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights, and communicating through customer-centric design.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and with influence across all total reward matters.

In addition, you should be able to:

  • Constantly build knowledge base through internal and external learning exposure, bringing thought leadership to influence business total reward solutions.
