E-commerce Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Sales and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at JOLOCHIP PRIVATE LIMITED. This role involves managing orders, optimizing sales on various e-commerce platforms, and building strong relationships with national and international clients.
The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a passion for seeking new opportunities and driving business growth. The primary responsibilities include:
- Order Management: Manage and process customer orders from various channels, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of orders with proper coordination with logistics teams.
- Sales Coordination: Handle incoming queries and convert leads into sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with national and international clients and customers, and assist in developing sales strategies to meet company goals.
- E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee operations on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, monitor stock levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions, work to expand the client base both nationally and internationally.
- Opportunity Seeking: Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth, research and explore new markets, partnerships, and sales channels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales data and prepare regular reports for management, analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 1-year experience in sales, e-commerce, or a related field, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CRM tools, strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines are essential qualities for this position.
