Role Overview:

This role is critical for overseeing our online sales and presence, managing the brand's image online, enhancing product visibility, and driving sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L responsibilities of our e-commerce business.
  • Develop overall strategy aligned with our vision.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Create revenue generation plans.
  • Build relationships with alliance partners for improved traction and branding.
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team.
  • Innovative ways of building brand awareness and growing business.
  • Responsible for pre-launch and post-launch strategies for our e-commerce business.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key BPC sector accounts.
  • Drive Primary & Secondary Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins for the Channel.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to drive growth initiatives and improve market share.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent revenue service.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Increase Market share for our brand and at the Category level.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of Experience in E-commerce, preferably with 2 years in Q-commerce (Managing Blinkit /Zepto /Instamart/Big Basket).
  • Proven experience in key account management within the Q-commerce or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
