Digital E-commerce Business Strategist

Role Overview:
This role is critical for overseeing our online sales and presence, managing the brand's image online, enhancing product visibility, and driving sales through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L responsibilities of our e-commerce business.
- Develop overall strategy aligned with our vision.
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Create revenue generation plans.
- Build relationships with alliance partners for improved traction and branding.
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team.
- Innovative ways of building brand awareness and growing business.
- Responsible for pre-launch and post-launch strategies for our e-commerce business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key BPC sector accounts.
- Drive Primary & Secondary Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins for the Channel.
- Collaborate with revenue teams to drive growth initiatives and improve market share.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent revenue service.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Increase Market share for our brand and at the Category level.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of Experience in E-commerce, preferably with 2 years in Q-commerce (Managing Blinkit /Zepto /Instamart/Big Basket).
- Proven experience in key account management within the Q-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
