We enable Cross Border Commerce by providing end-to-end business solutions to our clients. Our service portfolio includes strategy creation to 360-degree execution support, ensuring complete ownership and responsibility of the online channel. As an extension of our clients' organizations, our account managers remain fully accountable to them.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategic E-commerce Account Manager to be part of our Marketplace account management team. In this role, you will handle client's e-commerce marketplaces accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc, driving growth and profitability through various solutions.

You will be responsible for achieving desired revenue targets and have end-to-end ownership of clients' P&L on marketplaces. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the client's business from a holistic perspective.
  • Managing clients' account end-to-end, including developing channel strategy, defining targeting, listing, cataloguing, setting up campaigns, measuring performance, reviews, account health, and day-to-day operations.
  • Tracking and driving progress of various activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting plans and deliver results to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace account management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of one or more marketplaces including Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Big Basket, Grofers etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive, team player with good coordination and networking capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, and typing speed in English.
  • A self-motivated approach with passion for e-commerce.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
