Job Overview
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Growth Specialist. This role is critical in driving our clients' e-commerce success on Amazon by optimizing their accounts, managing advertising campaigns, and delivering measurable growth in sales and profitability.
">About the Role
">- This specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts to maximize ROI, sales velocity, and profitability.
- The ideal candidate will conduct regular account audits to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP) to develop keyword strategies and structure campaigns for optimal performance.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations is also a key responsibility.
- Staying updated on the latest Amazon PPC trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal ad performance is essential for this role.
Key Performance Indicators
">- Monitor KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to track campaign success.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and proactive collaboration.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and refine strategies for enhanced product listings, images, and A+ content.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts with a focus on PPC advertising.
- Advanced understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
- Proven expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing optimization strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
">Our estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program and paid time off.
