We are a leading Bank, and we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Managers (SMs), and Relationship Managers (RMs) for the Bangalore region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies to increase sales revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  3. Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
