Junior Purchase Executive Job Description

About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Category Team as a Junior Purchase Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timely re-orders, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.

  • Manage timely re-orders & vendor negotiations.
  • Perform quality & quantity checks on received items.
  • Ensure stocking into bulk & running inventory management.
  • Coordinate with Accounts & Warehouse teams.
  • Support new product additions & process improvements.

About you:

  • You have strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
  • You have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • You have an interest in Electronics & Supply Chain.
  • You are a team player with a willingness to learn & grow.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can manage the following responsibilities:

  • Timely Re-Orders and Vendor Negotiations: You will be responsible for negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a smooth supply chain.
  • Quality and Quantity Checks: You will perform quality and quantity checks on received items to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring we have the right products at the right time.
  • Coordination with Teams: You will work closely with our Accounts and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient processes.
  • New Product Additions and Process Improvements: You will support the addition of new products to our portfolio and identify areas for process improvement.
