- Providing Advisory Services to Business, Finance, and Operations Teams on Queries Related to Executed Agreements
- Executing Documentation towards Renewal, Variation, and Closure of Existing Business Relationships
- Undertaking Research and Preparing Notes on Legal Points Forming Part of Business Transactions
- Maintaining MIS and Records of Contracts
The ideal candidate will have excellent contract negotiation and management skills, as well as the ability to work closely with our business, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial agreements.
