About this role:

We are seeking a Legal Specialist with a minimum 2+ years of experience to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance. This is a key role that requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support business operations and growth.

Key responsibilities include contract management, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

In addition, the Legal Specialist will assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments, and provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.

Required skills and qualifications include exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws. Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills are also essential.

Eligibility criteria include an LLB from a recognized university (mandatory) and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
