We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Corporate Lease Attorney. This entry-level role is ideal for recent law graduates looking to build a career in corporate legal operations, particularly in lease and contract management.
The candidate will support the end-to-end lease review and approval process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.
- Lease Queries, Sorted with Precision: Receive and process lease-related queries and review requests via designated channels. Categorize and prioritize inquiries related to office, residential, and vehicle leases.
- Your Legal Lens on Lease Agreements: Assist in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements. Provide feedback based on internal guidelines and legal standards.
- Collaborate Across Borders, Review with Confidence: Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review. Ensure all communications are compliant and approvals are properly documented.
- Power the Approval Pipeline: Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from Regional Directors, Managing Directors, Regional Legal Directors, and the Executive Committee.
- Seal the Deal – Signature Support Specialist: Facilitate the signing process by identifying appropriate signatories (local or regional). Assist in securing signatures from Regional Legal Directors when required.
- Compliance Starts with the Right Form: Prepare Lease Sign Off Forms (LSOF) for office leases signed regionally due to local mandates. Ensure forms are signed by authorized personnel.
- Keep It Clean – Lease Records That Speak for Themselves: Maintain organized records of all signed lease agreements for audit and compliance purposes.
Global Conversations, Local Impact: Interacting with stakeholders globally on lease-related matters and assisting them.
Due Diligence Done Right: Collect and verify due diligence documents from landlords when applicable, including Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Climate Risk Assessments, Vehicle Certificates of Conformity and Recyclability.
What We're Looking For:- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent)

- Communication Skill: Excellent written and verbal communication
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Professional Skill: Basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided)
