Our organization requires an experienced Legal & Taxation professional to provide comprehensive support in this critical area. This role will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining legal documents, reviewing agreements with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement effective systems for maintaining and tracking legal documents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and approve agreements with vendors
  • Provide guidance on tax compliance and financial matters as assigned by the Finance Head

Qualifications:

  • Commerce or Legal graduate with CA Inter, LLB, or CS Inter qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
