Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to drive sales strategy and build strong customer relationships in the security systems services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand our client base in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, establish meaningful connections, and deliver tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Sales Negotiation: Provide clients with comprehensive information about our products and services, highlighting the benefits of our customized solutions, and negotiate sales contracts that ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the security systems services industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Unified Communication, CCTV surveillance, Fire detection and suppression systems, Access control systems, Data networking, and High-end home automation is highly desirable.
