Job Title: ELV Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ELV Design Specialist to join our team. As an ELV Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Building Management Systems (BMS), chiller plant automation, fire detection systems, public address systems, telecom, and security systems for data centers and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct conceptual design at the preliminary stage by understanding project requirements and following relevant codes & standards.
• Select the best-suited instruments or devices and their specifications for building automation, fire alarm, and security system design.
• Prepare/ review Basis of Design, BMS IO summary, sequence of operations for various systems, cause & effect matrix for Fire alarm system, detail drawings for field devices and cable conduit layouts, tender documents with relevant design, technical specifications, material requisition, data sheets, and BOQ as per requirement.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and perform squad checks on drawings received from other disciplines.
• Ensure proper installation as per design, hands-on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Self-driven with good management and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
• Knowledge of 3D engineering and proficiency in reviewing 3D models using Navisworks is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ELV codes and standards is mandatory.
• Knowledge of IS/I EC standards.
• Competent user of MS Office 365: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in application of 3D review software like Navisworks, application of other supporting software like Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat.
