ELV- IBMS Project Manager Required.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience Required: 5-7years.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior ICT/ELV engineer to join our team in MUMBAI location As a project manager of our ELV IBMS responsibilities.


• Review and approve IBMS and ELV system shop drawings in compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.


• Review and evaluate material submittals, ensuring compliance with approved vendors and project technical criteria.


• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical queries and ensure quality compliance.


• Provide site supervision for BMS/ELV installations, ensuring proper execution of works as per approved drawings and specifications.


• Monitor and inspect installation works for PAVA, CCTV, access control, public address, BMS, and other ELV systems.


• Issue site observations, NCRs, and verification reports for non-compliance or deviations.


• Participate in testing, commissioning, and acceptance of BMS/ELV systems.


• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for the project manager.


• Support project documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manual reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field.


• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in BMS and ELV systems (design, review, and supervision).


• Strong knowledge of PAVA, CCTV, ACS, BMS, fire alarm integration, and related low-current systems.


• Proficient in reading and reviewing technical drawings using BIM.


• Familiarity with project specifications, submittal reviews, and technical report writing.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
