They will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies, managing our social media presence, and crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute digital campaigns to engage teachers and stakeholders, promoting our mission and vision.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, and newsletters, that showcase our impact and inspire our audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community among teachers and stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement.
  • Skills: Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills; ability to track engagement and refine strategies; proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach.
