Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative social media marketing specialist to develop and implement effective online campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate will create high-quality content, engage with followers, and build a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, live sessions) across social media platforms.
  • Promote brand products/services through authentic storytelling and creative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and engage with the community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) to improve campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Creativity in content creation (photography, videography, reels, captions).
  • Knowledge of trending social media tools, hashtags, and editing apps.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and social media algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Must have an active presence with a good following on major social media platforms.
Language Requirements:

English: Mandatory

Hindi: Mandatory

Kannada: Optional
