Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the company's success. About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who has a proven track record in social media marketing. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams, including creative and strategy, to develop innovative social media campaigns that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities:You will be responsible for managing the planning process and campaign execution for our social media initiatives. This includes:  • Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our business objectives  • Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience  • Managing social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations for improvement  • Collaborating with our influencer marketing team to identify and partner with influencers who can help amplify our brand message Requirements and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:  • 2+ years experience in social media marketing  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms  • Excellent writing and communication skills  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
