We cater to diverse traveler segments, with special expertise in group departures for elders and female travelers. We are now expanding rapidly and seeking creative, dynamic individuals to join our small but highly driven team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong graphic design skills to manage and grow our brands presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have the creativity to produce visually stunning and engaging content, as well as the strategic mindset to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and travel seasons.
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build strong brand relationships.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

- Design visually compelling creatives, banners, reels, and short videos for social media, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Use advanced tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar to produce high-quality assets.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual and written communication.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

- Track social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
- Coordinate with tour managers to gather travel content and customer testimonials.
- Support brand campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing with a strong design portfolio.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar advanced graphics tools.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
