Infireex is hiring a
Social Media Marketing Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Indore, working during evening hours to align with U.S. operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media marketing and hands-on experience in the U.S. staffing industry.
Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist Location: Indore, MP (REMOTE) Shift: Evening Shift
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow company presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns. Respond to social media inquiries and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
Mandatory Requirements : 2–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing. Prior experience working with or for the U.S. staffing industry is mandatory Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
