We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to lead our Social Media, Content, and Communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to engage with target audiences.
  • Create high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and communication.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills are required to create engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze social media metrics.
  • Experience with social media management tools and software is preferred.
