Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Assiocate

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 3-4

years of experience to drive and lead our social media marketing strategy. The ideal candidate

will have a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices, with a

proven ability to lead campaigns, manage teams, and deliver measurable results. You will work

closely with the marketing team to create impactful content, build brand awareness, and engage

with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Planning & Creation: Creation and curation of engaging content (posts,

videos, blogs, etc.) that resonates with the target audience, including managing content

calendars.

- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor paid and organic social media campaigns, optimizing for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights,etc.) to track campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and report on key metrics and ROI.
- Brand Voice & Community Engagement: Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates, continuously innovating and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications:

- 3-4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of

successful campaigns and social media strategies.

- Proven experience in managing and leading social media teams.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout

Social, Google Analytics, etc.).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for staying on top of the latest digital and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in ideation, shooting , storyboarding of social media content
- Strong understanding of content creation and marketing.
- Experience in social media atleast 3-4+ yrs
