Community Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to nurture our global family across social platforms. As the voice of our brand, you will create a welcoming space and help turn our followers into loyal supporters.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will manage and grow our community across various social media platforms, actively posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring conversations. They will also support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights, working closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.

  • Manage and Grow Our Community: Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase engagement and growth across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Content Creation and Posting: Regularly post high-quality content that resonates with our audience, keeping groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage Daily with Followers: Respond to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among our followers.
  • Monitor Conversations and Feedback: Analyze sentiment, feedback, and conversations to inform future campaigns and improve overall community experience.
  • Support Email Communications: Gather FAQs and customer insights to enhance email communications and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction. You must possess excellent written communication skills, a natural empathetic voice, and be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.

  • Experience in Social Media Engagement: Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their nuances.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling, empathetic messages that resonate with our audience, while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Organizational Skills: Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
